With the start of this current season 2026-27, Gaddiel is grateful for being chosen as the new Principal Guest Conductor at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where he initially started his conducting studies back in 2010.
For Gaddiel it is a wonderful closure to come back to where it all started, and enter the wonderful faculty of the JAMD, and work along side Evgeny Bushkov, the current Music Director, and bring the Academy Orchestra to new successes.
As well, Gaddiel as been named Music Director of the Yaakov Kling Wind Orchestra in Ramat Gan. This orchestra exists since the 1980s and has ben founded by the legendary Israeli Horn player, Yaakov Kling. Gaddiel grew up in wind orchestras as a young clarinet player, and always finds great joy in performing not only symphonic orchestras but also the vast repertoire of the wind orchestras that is close to his heart.
With those two appointments, Gaddiel is now holding 3 positions in Israel and one abroad, together with the Ben-Dorit Symphony Orchestra and his annual summer Conducting Masterclass in Constanta, Romania.
