On October 15th, 2022 took place the 2nd edition of the Kussewitzky Conducting Competition in Grosseto with the Orchestra Citta di Grosseto at the Teatro degli Industri in the historic center of the city.
At the end of the competition the jury has decided to award Gaddiel the first prize and gold medal of the competition!
As part of the first prize, Gaddiel also conducted the orchestra in the winning concert with the works of Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture and Mozart’s Symphony No. 41 in C Major “Jupiter” on October 16th, at the same venue.

The prizes for the competition consist mainly of money prizes:
First Place € 3000; Second Place € 2.000
Third Place € 1.000; Prize “Città di Grosseto” orchestra € 500
but there will also be concert prizes to be mentioned at the results.
